Very weak 4*. A quite cozy place with good food and small prices. Two of us came on a Monday evening and was surprised by the high number of customers and when we saw that several tables were reserved, we got scared for a minute there. Tip for the owners - if you see that there are a lot of reservations and the house is full, please have more than one server, the poor girl was running around without a break, hence we waited for about 20 min. for her to take our order. Kharcho soup (4,10 €)- a lot of flavor, however it was definitely not spicy and served a little cold. Chikhirtma soup (3,70 €) - mild flavors, served a little warmer than Kharcho. Khinkali (0,96 €/pc) - a must try dish from Georgian cuisine. Shoti (Georgian bread) (1,05 €) - served stale. I guess it depends on your luck when you come in. Chkmeruli Chicken (6,30 €) - very tasty, juicy, crunchy and creamy at the same time. Would be better if we had a chance to eat 80% of the garlic sauce, but the bread was so stale, it didn't absorb any of it. Adjarian Khachapuri (5,20 €) - nice and tasty, good size, but definitely not the best.
For the price the experience was quite positive, however the place needs some improvements. Will need to come back and see...
Read moreGreat truly Georgian cuisine! Every time we visit Georgian restaurant, it's like comming back to Georgia. Recommended dishes: wonderful chinkali with meat and greens, chinkali with cheese, chacapuri adjiarian and chacapuri megrelian, fantastic marinated shashlik, sauerkraut (cabbage - a must try). The service is really great: the waiter has a great sense of humor and the waitress cares (sitting down near the entrance she offered to turn on the heating to prevent the back from freezing). Value for money - unquestionably good! We will definitely come back...
Read moreI've tried all sorts of chinkali, kebbab and stewed vegetables. Everything was really delicious and the glass of wine made it even better. The service was great too. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to suggest something based on my preferences. Keep in mind that you may not get shashlik when coming late (we came 1.5 hours before closing). It takes some time to prepare it. It will be my go-to place for Georgian...
