Terrible service, the restaurant has 30 tables more than what they can handle, we had to wait 2 hours for our food without anyone coming to check up on us if we even needed drinks. It was a hot day and we sat without water for an hour and a half. They should only served 3-5 tables that they can handle at a time so the other customers don’t have to wait hours to get served. After the food arrived our steak was not even cooked, it was completely raw. When called a server he waved us off as if he didn’t have time to hear our question. Was not particularly busy but no-one came to us so we got our own menus after five minutes seated. Ordered drinks together with pizza. Drinks came ten minutes later and were finished long before the wet pizza arrived 35 minutes later. Very very slow service. The waiter took 20 minutes to come clean our table when we sat down. The waiters seem to be sloppy and careless, not friendly or service oriented at all. We ended up just walking to another place next door with fine service. Based on the reviews and the first hand experience I would recommend stepping foot in this place purely on the service.
