McDonald's — Restaurant in Remich

I’m going to give this place 1 star. Why? Well imagine this, you are working super early, and finally after a night of sleep deprivation you call it a day and just wanna go home. You are in no mood to cook, so you open the official McDonald’s Luxembourg app and check the opening times. They say 10 AM. So you make the detour on your way home. Only to arrive there and the door saying 11 AM. Thank you very much. The ONE fricking thing I wanna know about your restaurant is your opening times and you managed to mess that up.

The service isn’t great and the workers don’t even listen to costumers. I bought 3 menus and some nuggets to take away. First of all, the worker on the mic didn’t understand that I didn’t want cheese on my burgers cus I’m allergic which I repeated 3 or 4 times. Then knowing that when we pay with an Axxess bank card, we get a cheeseburger for each bought menu. I’m sure of that and I did show the bank information about it to their manager when he replied “you get a cheeseburger per order”… He was wrong!!!

History time, all my hamburgers did come with cheese and I even got 1 cheeseburger instead of an hamburger.

I ordered 20 Plant Based Nuggets. Those words should be understood in every language, right? Because the lady at the Drive In could not speak Luxembourgish, German, French or English.
