i ask the cashier ( nur shahidatul atiqah) to not put the ice in my drink cause i have a bad cough, she said cannot cause the machine put the ice simultaneously with water(what?), i know its a lie cause i just ordered two days before when i still have cough and they did not put the ice in my drink. Then when i explain to her i have cough then she said “okay kami letak sikit je ais” but when i received my drinks, it was full of ice like normal. Where is my right as a customer? Read more8/3/2023 - first time beli di Datum 4Finger kerana baru buka dan dekat dengan rumah.Takeaway 12pcs sos mix tapi menyedihkan bila balik kerumah untuk makan ,ayam dan sos tersebut tidak disalut dengan baik. 29/7/2023-2nd time cuba lagi beli dihati mungkin service dah improve kot,beli takeaway 12pcs sos mix ,tapi saya ambil keputusan untuk buka bungkusan tersebut didepan staff kaunter untuk pastikan tapi amat sedih ada 4pcs ayam tidak terkena sos.
Staff kaunter Atiqah (memakai tanda nama) tetapi di resit pembayaran saya Nurul Athirah jadi saya tidak pasti nama apa staff kaunter tersebut.Dengan muka tiada terima kasih atau maaf dari pihak staff kerana customer dapat ayam yang sos ala kadar. Untuk staff kitchen saya boleh nampak cara dia sapu sos tersebut bila tengok depan depan sedihnya hati bila sapu tu ibarat asal kena berus sos sahaja pada ayam.
