I hope this message finds you well. As a customer who loves your food, I want to start by saying how much my family and I appreciate your delicious foods. We’ve enjoyed dining in and taking away from your place on multiple occasions, and your team’s hard work and dedication truly shine through in the quality of your food. However, I’m writing to share some observations and concerns regarding the crowd and traffic situation around your premises during business hours.

As a resident in the area, I’ve noticed that the popularity of your establishment has led to some unintended challenges, particularly with traffic congestion and safety. Customers coming from various locations often seem unaware of how the road functions, which has led to situations like cars parking inappropriately and queues blocking the main road.

For instance, the other day, a car was parked in the middle of the road, causing a significant traffic jam, and unfortunately, it seemed like no one from your team was addressing it. Tonight, I observed a long queue that extended onto the road, with a child standing by the roadside, which was quite concerning from a safety perspective.

I truly admire the success of your business and the enthusiasm of your customers. However, I believe that implementing some guidelines or measures could greatly improve the experience for everyone, including residents and road users. Perhaps you could:

Designate a clear area for customers to queue that doesn’t obstruct the road.

Provide clear signage or guidance on where customers can park their cars.

Assign a staff member to monitor and manage the crowd and traffic during peak hours.

Things to note (to manage your expectation) It’s a small shop - limited seats with a huge crowd so try to plan your timing. We went on a Thursday 7.15pm right before dinner rush, could get a seat and didnt have to wait long. The crowd came 30 mins after. Its harder to seat for larger groups. Planning for dinner (buka puasa), since saw a long queue we’re decided to take away instead. But I still have to wait around 1 and 1/2 hours. Can you imagine it supposed to be my breaking fast dinner😞, thank goodness I brought my own drinks.

Overall the pizza and crispy chicken chop absolutely great! Price wise definitely affordable for the portions. Really love the pizza topping though.

However, I would like to recommend the owner to come out with a better solution instead of making the customer having a long queue and end up the one we want to order sold out.

Not permanent solution but I would like to suggest try to put any bigger signboard and update the sold out menu earlier, it may help the customer understand and not having disappointment when they placing orders.
