lets be real here... the restaurants name is hadramawt which is the ancient area in Yemen and im from that area so i know exactly what kind of food we have but this restaurant is selling something other then what their advertising... i ordered mandi lamb which is one of the main courses in that area.. the taste wasn't original and it lacks alot of the mandy main ingredients and the meat was little old and ment it was cooked at least a day before and reheated which needs improvement as i hope the owner will consider ... most of the workers are friendly and arabs but i didnt see any hadrami staff at all... in conclusion neither staff or food is hadrami unfortunately i expected a real taste of original hadrami food

first of all there is no relation between how i type my name or NICK name OR what i write and review on what i eat and taste and BEING from Hadramout area originally !!!!!! the owner tried to make a relation by stating that all arabs originally from Hadramout and that is fact as this civilization is thousand of years old and exists till today in south of Yemen .. .. AND BY THIS STATEMENT hes trying to show the users that all arabian cooks and recipes are the same since they originate from there!!!!! and thats a cheap way to relate to hadrami food since u and ur staff respectfully from another country ( Palestinian) which has very different ways of cooks and culture so i dont expect u to understand or know the original taste n flavor.... and looking back at my comments as the owner as he expressed i was condescending??? dear there a big deference in words i was evaluating but since i wasn't complementing then by default i was condescending!!! poor choice of words please go open the English grammar maybe ul find a suitable words for ur expression... and if i did google management will definitely delete my comment if there anything as u claim.

second this shows me that ur mentality cannot just except the criticism which only include the product n place it self and if u can see from my reviews iv visited many hadrami restaurants and iv Gave my view as a local guide true comments to give the peaple the authentic experience ... the owner was too upset to fix and convey the truth since he went directly from my review to make it personal a real tragedy on his maturity side.... overall its doesn't matter if u hire hadrami staff or even cooking it the same way it takes more then that... its only about the taste and quality of the food which in ur case is far from reality . and iv been giving my comments to all places iv visited and most of respectful places reply in a great way as they understand every comment is to get them improved and they know that THE CLIENT IS ALLWAYS RIGHT ...

The food is great but the quantity is not. Service is reasonably fast. Quite a few items are not available most of the time. But the waiters usually let you know right at the time of order. Has the convenience of credit card and cash payment.

There are reserved parking bays for this restaurant. That makes life a lot easier.... and has wheelchair / pushchair accessible ramp for restaurant entrance.

The place is clean, well lit and looks newish (well maintained). The waiters are nice, quite friendly and attentive.

Although a bit pricey, it's nice, quiet, inside the city but away from...

We have dined at 2 of the locations for this restaurant and both are amazing,the staff are very attentive to any needs you may have,I personally don't like chilli food,I let them know and they advised which dishes I may prefer,everything we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection and tasted amazing!!!! We tasted dishes we have never had before and have newfound favourites thanks to this restaurant,the um ali dessert is like nothing I've ever had before and is delicious,for any Australians coming to KL, trust me,try this place you won't be...
