Pros Deliciously good! - Before the chicken is fried, it seems that the spices are mixed into the meat, allowing the tastes to penetrate deeper into the meat than they would in other types of meat. It is much better when eaten with their garlic mayonnaise sauce.

Worth the money! - The chicken is also quite large in size. Fries, a bun (or naan bread) and drinks are included when you order a complete set, making the portion somewhat large and deserving. (You can order a half chicken for about 20 MYR and share it for 2 pax.)

Cons It will be cooked when you order, which will take time to wait. Especially when it is the peak time like dinner time but your meal will be fresh and hot.

Sometimes their fried chicken is a bit oily.

Few tables in dine-in (I’ll recommend taking aways if you live nearby).

The staff sometimes might not look as polite as it seems because of the language barrier. I would recommend you to keep your receipts after paying as they might need to re-check it when the order arrives.

Summary I’ll make it simple, “It's the best fried chicken in Kuala Lumpur for me”. It’s worth it to eat either taste and price but as they didn’t have other branches and not many tables which can be crowded and need to...

My first visit to this place. 2-3mins walking distance from LRT Setiawangsa. Place decor is nice. Some of the chairs felt a bit flimsy but that's alright.

Let's talk about the food. Ordered spicy half Fried Chicken and Chicken Sandwich. This fried chicken set came with half a chicken (4pcs, can't choose pieces as they literally give you half cut), french fries, one can of soft drink and two sauces (garlic mayo and another one). The chicken's were delicious, fried fresh to order. Some may feel them a bit dry outside. But overall the spicy version tasted really good. Fries were okay as well. And the price? Only 20RM for the whole fried chicken set. Awesome value compared to franchises like KFC, Texas Chicken etc. Quarter chicken set (2pc) is around 14RM.

The chicken sandwich was kinda like shawarma. It was fried chicken wrapped around roti bread with mayonnaise and lettuce. The bread was excellent, thick. It comes as set but I took ala carte.

Overall, nice experience. Would visit...

Sorry KFC, I just found the best fried chicken in town!!! I ordered this for the first time on Grab Food after resding great reviews about it.

Man what they said is true!!! The chicken is so juicy, cooked to perfection. This is probably because it is made to order. The skin is so crispy yet the coating feels light and just nice, unlike KFC or Mcd where the flour coating is quite thick. But this one is just nice.

The best part is you can taste the spicyness in the meat and not just on the skin. And it comes with loads of fries and 4 types of sauces/dip - onion sauce, cocktail sauce, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.

My only suggestion is to add coleslaw to the menu (can make this optional though) so I can eat it with the bun!

Congrats Broasted Chicken King from a truly happy and satisfied new customer!

Update on 13th October 2020: If you order the meal set, you will get either bun or pita bread. For me, KFC’s bun tastes a...
