Used to give a good rating here. Editing now because the service has been really slow. I noticed some of the senior staff is no longer there. Many newbies. And the quality of drink is not the same anymore. Sparkling drinks lack the fiZz (i think they dont know how to use the soda stream equipment) compared to other Tealive outlets. Asked for slight sugar and everytime still get super sweet full sugar. Like everytime! The jellies are way too soft and lack the gelatine texture. Rn it's 10.55am as I write this review the store is still close? It's says it opens at 10.00am? If they opened it like 10-15 minutes late I don't mind but it's almost 11am and still not opened? Manager branch for this part of tea live should investigate this. Even when ordering drinks here it would take really long time, no matter if it's 8.00pm or 9.30 pm. It would take you 20 to 25 minutes for one receipt. Which is long considering other place I went to took 5-10 minutes and it's a gas station and the tea live booth is much smaller.
