Dunkin' Donuts Lotus's Ampang — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Had a bad experience here. I've bought a set of 6 pieces donuts. After I make payment, I left and forgot to take the donut. I only realise when I already at home and almost night. When I came back the next day, they irresponsibly said they have already thrown it away and said it is not under their care which I left at their premises. I have paid and I left it at their place, then its their right to throw it away. Stupid service, they could have safe it. NEVER BUY DONUT...
