The attitude of the staff is very bad. No smile at all. I am here to consume, not to see your face. No good attitude is fine. I originally ordered o coco milktea, but they told me that the toffle series is out of stock. Later, I changed to brown sugar pearl milk tea and asked for pearl to be replaced with grass jelly. The other party told me impatiently that grass jelly is out of stock. Then I asked to change to coconut jelly, and she placed the order for me with a sour face. Huh? Are you very impatient now? Isnāt this what you should do? Shouldnāt you tell the customer what is out of stock before placing the order? Speechless. Ok, forget it. When I got my drink, where is my coconut jelly? Itās so funny. The customer hasnāt paid yet, and the male employee at the back made my drink directly. This morning 23rd April 10.25am, my wife was upset by the attitude of a Malay staff serving at this Bandar Baru Ampang. 1st she refused to accept payment using Rm50.00 and asked my wife to give her smaller notes which she didn't have. That's when she started pulling a long face and served in angry mood.
I like the chinese lady who work there. She is polite and always eager to serve and make the customer happy. This is the kind of staff that makes the customer wants to come back. We feel welcomed and we are happy to come again and again. As for the Malay staff, give her some training on how to serve customers politely to make them want to come back for more....if you want your business...
