McDonald's Pandan Mewah DT — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I miss the Indian lady that did Quality control several months back. She would check and make sure wrappings were done well, nothing was missing and that food taste was proper. Could see the big difference, where quality was down before she was there and after she is no longer there.

I am a regular here and it has been more than 10 times at least where I’m missing multiple items on my receipt. I’m in a rush, I don’t have time to always dig through making sure everything is there. But the times I don’t that’s where I regret because I would be missing the fries/hash brown.

Please, put a manager on the floor that checks each item properly before putting in the bag as well. The moment I unwrap, the burger is a mess at times! Back then I saw she called out the staffs lazy work and told to be redone and everything came out delicious. Now, it’s over salted or...

Very lazy and stupid staffs working in this outlet. I just wanted to get 2 apple pie for supper, but the drive true is closed for what ever reason, so needed to park in a place where the parking is limited. When I placed my ordered and paid for my 2 apple pie, which is already stacked packed and ready to be served, but they decided to make me wait for some time, while they prepared the meals for other waiting customers. My point is, the apple pie is ready packed, just pass it to me the moment I paid my bill, don't make me wait for other waiting customers that are waiting for burgers and fries.

Train your existing staff or hire people that is a bit more smarter than you have now.

Hire a better outlet manager that knows how to guide his/her team to be more efficient...

I wished they assembled the food neatly. It's not the first time and I am not the only one getting messy burgers. Tonight, even the buns looked like they had been flattened by a steam roller. I hope this message gets to the management because McDonald's food is tasty but the actual presentation to customers leaves a lot to be desired 😔

I went again tonight. And had the same burger - GCB. I think to avoid serving messy looking burgers, McDonald's should stop shredding the lettuce. It just was so difficult to keep those lettuce in place while eating the burger.
