Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

One of the worse experience I have gotten with pizza hut. Firstly I am very disappointed with the wait time for my order, I have ordered four pizzas total and have waited for 40 minutes, and it's not even at peak hour!!! Then I need to manually get my own order with the staff, if I didn't keep asking the staff I wouldn't even get my own order within the 40 minutes time. Their operation is terrible, and when I go and get my own order they have to manually check the pizzas on the counter, cause there are no stickers that indicate which pizza is which and for what order. In addition the pizza I have receive is burnt and dry, it feels like the pizza have been stale for a while and been reheated a numeral times before serving. Moreover the slices are not even with drastic size changes. I will not be coming to this branch anymore and I recommend u to go to other pizza hut branches with better...

Ordered online for pickup and ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes, so total 40 minutes. Prior to that, I've already informed the staff there that I'm waiting on my order and I will sit in the shop and wait. Post 40 min, I asked her again and she said yea the pizza is here waiting and when asked if it was newly cooked, she said 'tak jugak'. Food ok good and acceptable received hot but topping now lesser maybe new sop or costing plan other about food good. Can't dine in because air cond not on due to savings cost probably use stand fan not useable because inside kitchen got hot ovens. Wrong planing, if air cond ok probably got dine in Cust.
