Hi Tealive,

I just came back from one of your outlet at Pandan Jaya.

Once I step in I donā€™t hear any greeting to customer even single word ā€˜Helloā€™ or ā€˜Welcomeā€™ to your customer from your staff working there.

What I see a bunch of staff seating/standing at the back near to store room if I not wrong.

Then I walking and standing front of cashier and one of the staff (she) walking inside counter and did not say anything to me such as ā€˜Hello, may I take your orderā€™ or maybe she can introduce to me your new beverages or meal on promo, just that she waiting for me silently what I want.

I dont see any smile on her face to welcome your customer to make it more presentable which is they carry such a big branding Tealive comp.

Once she finished key-in everything into cash machine,she walkout straight back to her colleagues at the back there and only one lady handling my order.

I not sure whether this is a way you guys teach your staff during training to treat your customer and to be honest I feel so offended & annoyed with that kind of behaviour.

I truly hope you take this as a wake-up call how to teach your outlet staff how treat & handle their customers with...

the staff here are not professional and friendly at all. i wanted to buy some drinks for my dad, and my dad just asked nicely if they knew how to claim any of the tealive voucher, on tng as I myself isnā€™t that good at it, yet the staff acted ignorant and annoyed just because of one question. we left immediately because I donā€™t tolerate bad attitude from people. a piece of advise: please train your staff well if you wanna the...
