ordered through their website, set for evening delivery at 2pm. the time arrived, pizza hasnt come and decided to check the pizza tracker on website. it says completed but there was nothing, no phone calls anything. called their customer service, took 5 minutes to pick up and handled me. says there is an order for me and the manager of the branch will call me for an update. waited 30 minutes no calls.
