This satay business has been running for a long time and they have also modernized following the changes in technology
However I quite prefer having to order to a person rather than ordering using the Qr Code Order. For me personally it is quite confusing and sometimes there are things to personalized like custom orders.
It may not be a problem to order for younger generations but for elder people it could be a challenge.
I guess the best suggestion is either to do a survey through observation of what customers tend to order, what kind of custom orders they want.
The chicken satay is good, the beef satay is not the best but its okay.
The "nasi impit" can be abit too soft sometimes.
The "kuah kacang" (peanut gravy) can be abit spicy to some.

Service was quite fast although they have other orders too. The satay portion is worth it compared to other famous places or night markets.
