I was upset when I couldnāt pay for my bread and donuts using my e-wallet. There was an issue with my Touch ān Go and GrabPay, and I didnāt have my wallet with me at the time. It would be great if the shop offered QR code payment or online banking options. Why donāt they provide these services? I had just picked up my son from school, and not everyone carries their wallet during that time. Itās a shame because they lost a customer due to the lack of convenient payment options.
