My aunt recommended me this place. Dia cakap last year dia pegi mmg sedap gila. But we are so disappointed bila my aunt come for the 2nd time and its my first time coming here.

Sorry to say. Siapa yg potong daging? Pls potong ikut urat. Its sooooo chewy i cant eat it. And all the marinated beef was tasteless 🙂. I thought i overcooked the beef, but then i go thru the reviews a lot of people experienced the same thing.

I was disappointed with the beef, then i eat the seafood. Sebab dia claim the seafood semua “fresh” but then What happened? My skin immediately become so itchy from head to toe. Please jujur dalam berniaga. Some people tak boleh makan seafood yg x fresh it could lead to death. I berani makan sebab kedai ni claim seafood dia fresh. Fresh & frozen are not the same thing.

One more thing, customer service. bila dtg no one serves us. Had to find a “hidden cashier” then after i made a payment, kena cari tempat duduk sendiri no one guide me and my gang. Lepas 5 min we look so blur baru ada staff dtg.

We had a very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE here!

Prior to visiting the restaurant, we have already contacted them to inquire whether reservation can be made. They replied that they do not accept any.

The moment we arrived, there was an empty table which we thought available for us. Even the staffs were still in the midst of cleaning the table. To our surprise, the staff told us that the table was already "booked", which is an utter irony.

They said that the customer in question "walked in and booked". This is very unusual practice. If you are not to receive any reservation, please do so and treat all customers equally, and the other way round. Please prioritize customers who come first.

To conclude, very unprofessional and dont come to this place.

1. Tiada istilah seminggu awal di sini. Kami diberitahu ada pelanggan yang baru sahaja walk in dan book. Ini diberitahu sendiri oleh staf wanita restoran ini.

2. Tiada juga istilah kamu terpaksa memberi ruang kepada kami. Apa ruang yang diberi? Dapatkah kami makan akhirnya? Jadi ruang apa yang...

when we came, no one served us till i found the hidden counter. we had to pay first before eating and that was fine but still.. no one served after paying.

we arrived around 8.30pm, no nasi goreng, no pasta, no fries. tak refill langsung pun. we even waited till 9.30pm kot kot staff ada nak refill but nope tak ada. langsung! all empty trays. i thought we paid for everything including the nasi pasta etc? nevermind.

i even asked for spoons from the staff. the staff said ok ok ok. i even asked from different staffs, pun tak ada jugak. i can see from other customers’ faces that they were not satisfied with the service as well. i thought they were facing shortage of staffs, but i dont think so. we could see the staffs lepak behind.

food was average. 4/10.
