Glad that they have special offers on menu for certain day/time. That's attractive for when you want to dine in or have a quick bite/dessert.

Price-wise, Secret Recipe has increase tremendously and I would categories the eatery as expensive nowadays. It's no longer affordable as a place for frequent dining as it used to be.

Although, I personally love what they offer on menu now. Only that I think the portion is a bit small for the price we have to pay.

Service can be slow and I could understand if they are trainee. But then, even the full-time/senior staff can sometime be negligent. I need to keep calling them to ask for the condiments for my foods.

First, the chilli flakes - which they said they don't have it and yet, my prawn aglio olio is fully garnered with it, so I have to settle with black pepper. Then, they sent the fries but went away before I could ask for chilli sauce.

This kind of things should be ask by the staffs to customers, hence will lessen their workload to serve the same table over and over again. I think Secret Recipe could do a better job in training staff to be professional with everything seems to be so pricey nowadays.

Super duper bad services by this outlet. We ordered cake 3 days in advanced from their apps. Purposedly chose their outlet because according to the apps, their outlet was available for the cake. On the pickup day, they said cake was on the way? It was already 30mins past pickup time, yet the cake still on the way? Then simply said they didn't know when's the ETA?? Not even effort to call customer back to let know the status of the order, we can cancel beforehand 😤. At night came to pickup, they just did their 'checking' and 'checking' act again, ended up said no cake?? Then they only wanted to refund cake amount, not services tax. LOL what service did you offer to be able to eat the service tax money 🙄 Apps also nonsense, no place to trace the order. The order we made, suddenly disappeared from the Inbox. Lucky I did screenshot first after made the purchase. No wonder your outlet's rating so low. Soooo not...

Poor service, truly different from other franchises.

You'll feel disappointed that most Malaysians wants locals to work in the restaurant instead of foreigners, but once you get this kind of service, its very very disappointing to say that foreign workers perform better than the locals.

The manager is also useless, he doesn't know and does not want to make an effort for me to claim the BookDoc e voucher which i have used many times on other secret recipi franchises.

My fried rice comes with a satay without the peanut sauce. Tried to call the waitress, but she pretended to be busy and ignored me. In the end i just finish up quickly coz i was too hungry.
