Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at Papa Fry (Design Village Outlet). Earlier in the evening, when I inquired about their operating hours, a staff member clearly stated that the last call was 9:45 PM and closing time was 10:00 PM.

However, when I returned at 9:30 PM the entire staff refused to serve us, repeatedly saying “No, no, closing, closing”—even though we were well within their stated operating hours. The same staff member who had given me the information earlier suddenly changed her story, claiming, “We just changed our operating hours a moment ago.”

To verify, I took a picture of their operating hours poster and called the mall management. Management confirmed that Papa Fry is supposed to operate until 10:00 PM, contradicting the staff's excuse.

This is a clear case of poor customer service, dishonesty, and unprofessional behavior. If a business has operating hours, they should respect them and not turn away customers just because they feel like closing early. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t...

Had a disappointing experience at PapaFry Design Village. First, they did not verify the total quantity of our order, which led to confusion. Then, they served the bingsu before asking when we wanted it, bringing it out even before our main course. The bingsu itself was overly sweet, making it hard to enjoy.

Service-wise, the staff looked uninterested and unapproachable the entire time. As for the food, the stir-fried beef set was really not worth the price—only seven tiny pieces of beef in the entire dish! Definitely not what I expected for the cost.

The food is sub par. The price is expensive compare to the taste and volume. The authenticity is fall from the roof. The rice used is not a Korean rice. More like a normal rice u can get from the stall. The kimchi, the fries, nugget, chicken looks like a from a pre pack or frozen food despite the high price. No prejudice to the foreign workers but too many misunderstanding occur due to languages barrier. The most costly is the food arrived not as per ordered.
