OoriDoori utropolis — Restaurant in Penang

After my visit to this Korean restaurant, I was not fully satisfied with the authenticity of the food and the overall ambiance. Although I was looking forward to trying the kimchi, I was disappointed when I tasted it. The flavor was lacking and didn't live up to my high expectations. The Korean fried chicken with the original flavor was a bit of a letdown as well. In comparison to KFC's fried chicken, it fell short in terms of taste and texture. The meat was tough and lacked any real flavor. The Korean pancake was not the crispy type that I was accustomed to, but instead it was fluffy and spongy which was not authentic. The only saving grace was the tofu jiggae, which was spicy and flavorful, and certainly stood out from the other dishes. Overall, I cannot recommend this Korean restaurant to others as it failed to meet my expectations in terms of the taste...

My top fav korean restaurant in penang! Used to be a regular customer for the promonade branch, and this is the first time i try out ultrapolis branch, and believed me the taste is exactly the same and did not disappointed me. The portion is very generous compared to other korean restaurant and it definitely worth very single penny.

I ordered take away this round and the food, soup and sauce are very well packed and the presentation in the takeaway container still looks good after bringing home.

As a regular customer, i almost tried all the dishes in the menu and everything are so tasty! Personally, i like bossam and sundubu jjigae very much~

The boss and staff in ultrapolis services are awesome and attended to my request very professionally

Been to this place few times. Service was good. Food was good but I never written a review until today. Visited during Hari Raya holiday. Expected the time waited. Not too long. Been wondering why Korean ajussi and ajuma love dwejigukbap so much so I decided to give it a try. Pair the dweji with rice n kimchi, and you got the answer!! Comforting food! Specially rainy day. We normally order tteokbokki but this time we decided to try the other version” cheese haemul tteokbokki “. Omg the sauce itself taste like jjampong because it’s full of prawn n squid. Mewoh kendeh jinja masisoyo. Haha price was reasonable and food was nice...
