I don’t usually write review but here I am. The food is overpriced , 1 veg and 1 meat cost over RM13 where I got around RM8 elsewhere. They keep asking people to rate them 5 stars on google review to get RM1 discount, so that the overall review looks better. If you are looking for reviews on this shop, you can ignore those 5 stars, they are not real reviews. If you are not rating them 5 stars, they will charge you full price, probably that is why I got. Whoever got that, you can file a complaint at KPDN.
Environment: mostly china customers because there is not much option here at night unless you travel to tambun or RnR nearby. It is quite warm inside because their main door is opened all day. Less flies now. Long queue at lunch and dinner time.
Food: there is no 99 dishes for sure, probably 20+ at most. Some foods are not fully cooked, especially drumsticks. Main food variety is more or less the same you get from other economy rice. Nothing special.
There are all kinds of nonsense promotion to get people to pay extra. I hope the young owners can actually focus on maintaining the food quality and reasonable price instead of thinking ways to get more money from their customers, whatever they are doing won’t get them far. Hopefully there are more eateries opening in this area, so that this can create more...
Read moreI had a meal here for RM19 — RM14 for the food and RM5 for the free-flow drink. While the meal tasted good, I personally feel RM14 is a bit pricey, especially coming from KL where prices are usually more reasonable. The salted lime soda tasted a bit off — kind of like dish soap, unfortunately.
The environment looks clean and the staff were hardworking, constantly clearing used plates after customers left. However, there were quite a lot of flies around, which was a bit unpleasant while eating.
One incident happened during my dinner: a stack of bowls was being adjusted from behind the counter, and a few accidentally fell to the floor. A kind customer picked them up and placed them back together with the clean bowls. A staff member came out and removed the dirty bowl, but I noticed she touched the dirty one and then used the same hand to rearrange the supposedly clean bowls. As a nurse, hygiene is something I pay close attention to, and I don’t think that’s the proper way to handle food utensils.
Overall, the food was decent, the place was okay, but cleanliness and hygiene practices could really...
Read moreToday 26/June I had my breakfast dining in and a takeaway for my family at home.
The same dish Stir Fried Noodles. Same portion (2.5 Scoops)
Dine in costs RM5 with Steamed Egg. Take Away costs RM5 without any eggs. Last time when I dined in, I saw the Takeaway Packages are free. But somehow now probably Rm1 Charge? How so? I just dined two days ago and you already changed the Price?
I can forgive you if you have the prices listed but that's such a scummy act if you don't want to list the prices and in order to let people think it's Free/ Open for Public and just charge the food price.
Of course I understand that it's a plastic container, it costs you money and your rental and your workers. But listing the price wouldn't hurt.
So far I can recommend to dine in but DON'T TAKE AWAY, it's very expensive compared to other vendors around.
Last Comment: The vegetables and meat are actually great Worth another try for a...
