D’Hutan — Restaurant in Borneo

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was shockingly poor – the waitresses were completely inattentive, and we were left waiting far too long without any updates. The sequence of dishes made no sense; soup was served without bowls, and no one even bothered to help pour it. We had to figure things out ourselves while staff walked by ignoring us.

To make matters worse, the place was swarming with flies – completely unacceptable for any restaurant. When we were finally done and wanted to pay, we couldn’t even get someone’s attention. We had to chase down staff just to settle the bill.

Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service...
