This place serves one of the best char kuey teow I’ve had outside of Penang! The noodles are smoky and flavorful, the shrimp are big and fresh, and the sambal on the side adds the perfect spicy kick. 這家炒粿條在亞庇來說，確實是水準之上。粿條是幼細的，雖然沒有西馬粿條那種软滑中带韧的口感，但uncle選的這個粿條已經是算是夠軟夠滑的了。

味道不錯，咸度恰恰好，基本不需要一直往辣椒碟裡蘸了。是不是鍋氣十足咧，我不敢說。但就不是那種炒的時候聞著香，吃起來只有焦味那種。Uncle炒的功力，快穩有序，無可挑剔。
