Our recent experience at this hotel restaurant was incredibly disappointing. When my family and I arrived on the 11th floor, a staff member wearing a coat—possibly the manager—gave us a very judgmental look, sizing us up from head to toe, likely because we were dressed simply and wearing slippers. This rude, unwelcoming attitude made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we walked in.|The service didn’t improve after that. We waited for a server, they looked annoyed and made faces, acting as though serving us was a burden. I even had to go inside to ask if we could have a menu. The server’s attitude remained lazy and uninterested, making it clear that basic hospitality was lacking.|When we ordered a few side dishes and a pizza, the server asked if we wanted the pizza spicy, and I said yes, expecting it to be properly seasoned. But the pizza came with raw chilies just thrown on top, as if no effort had been put into preparing it. It made me question the chef’s care for the dishes they were sending out.|Finally, when it was time to pay, the server didn’t give the bill when i’ve done paid .This experience was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish, with staff who clearly need training on treating all customers with respect, regardless of how they’re dressed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning. Management needs to step up and improve both the service and the quality...

The check in counter staff was not really helpful and friendly. They forgotten how to welcome guest by a warm smiles. Asking guest to dig out the booking detail despite they r having all the information in their files. To me the price that they r charging is rocket high in considering nothing is nearby, no shop, no food, n etc. They also have no facilities like gym, swiming pool which other hotel will provide within the price range. So far i just check in and the room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. Toward the night, i requested iron board and iron to press my shirt. The iron they send to me was faulty and burn my shirt. I complaint to front office and house keeping department. The only 2 staff that still have a sense of HOSPITALITY is Rebecca and the pakcik, they handle my case well. They change my room to another room due to my request of my room is full of burn smells from the iron. They prevent customer to open their windows so the circulation was so bad. Eventually they change me to a bigger room (my smaller room has much better view, and again the air circulation are bad in the room). They promised me one of the manager will see me in the morning which was a lie, some clerk with ZERO knowledge of Hospitality came to me just to show face. I am conclude that the front office staff is totally unpleasant in handling guest and i will not come to this pricy hotel ever again.

This must be the worst place for a buffet. The ground is uneven and covered with this astro turf. The cones were placed only after my mum tripped and hurt herself. Staff are not trained to handle such matters. They were initially rather unresponsive when we complained. Choosing to say absolutely nothing. Elisa showed empathy and the lady manager after awhile came to offer my mum a bandage. It is shocking that such human responses were lacking from other staff. My friends and I came here last week and one of us tripped as well. We had already made a complaint which obviously had not been addressed.

Wonderful hospitality, staff is well trained. The hotel is very clean, the decor is a mix of chic and elegant. If you're a taller person, the shower head is about 7 feet tall. Rooms and elevator require electronic card to access, good security. The area is mostly residential, so it's pretty quiet. If you're driving, there's security patrol to check the parking areas. The bed and sheets are comfortable. The cafe is great, not too pricey. I've been told it's usually a popular place to eat at and I can see why. Great ambiance, the mosaic floor tiles and carved wooden panel walls are pleasant to see.
