KFC Putatan Plaza — Restaurant in Borneo

the staff incharge of customer order is very very slow. no empathy at all...no sense of responsibility to his or her job as staff incharge. based on my experiance this one lady staff was busy entertaining someone else( it was a cake seller who came and show them to the staff which at that moment should be taking my order. but she was so busy doing her order( cake ) i was waiting and talking to her about my order...and she was like ignored me and continued on whatever she was doing earlier. i told her that i want to order and she was like saying she was sorry and took my order...with an eagle eye looking at me...as if to say that i wasnt anybody..not even the kfc customer...then after my order was done... i told her next time dont do that...has it ever crossed her mind that we(the customer ) are the one paying her monthly income and not any outside seller...she should have put that into her head...but sadly she didnt...i was so disappointed and angry at...

The thing is this is not the first time that this situation happen at Putatan KFC. What is the point of repeating order infront of the customer but still got the wrong order? As a customer, our thought if the order been repeated twice, that's mean you understand what the customer ask for. Order 2 spicy 1 original but given 1 spicy 2 original. Last time within this year, ask for bucket chicken but the given not enough pieces. The first ever mistake, asking for Dinner plate but given snack plate. Whoever come here please double check your order before leave. But it's okay, I hope there will be improvement in the future and solution for this kind of situation....

Was very pleasantly surprised to know that this is one and only kfc in putatan area that open 24 hours. No need to go to airport or kota kinabalu area for midnight kfc fix. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Located near new bataras supermarket (previously was Giant). The sign board can be seen from the roadside. The parking space was quite limited during day time because there's a lot of other shops nearby that sometimes can cause jammed due to the limited parking space...
