Seven Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

We stayed here for 2 nights.

1. Check in was quick, fast and easy. The counter is avaliable 24hours. Check out is quick and simple too.
2. Room is spacious with fan, aircond, thermoflask, cups, stirrer, water x 2 bottles, towels x2, floor towel, Toiletries: toilet paper, toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, hair shampoo and soap.
3. Staffs are all super friendly and efficient. They explained nicely during check in. If we require room make up on 2nd day, can always tell them. However, we do not require it.
4. There is water dispenser machine outside the lift. Very convenient as you just need to bring the thermoflask and fill it full.
5. They provided 2 sachets of coffee. After we finished the coffee, we requested and they happily provided us another 2 sachets.
6. Location: near to Sri Muslim restaurant, Servay supermarket, Bake with Yen, Café, bubble tea shops, Watsons with Pharmacy, night Market and etc. Easy to e-hailing.
7. It is super near to airport: we arrived airport within 7mins on the day of departure.
8. Room is super clean and there is TV available.
9. WiFi: it might have problem to connect to WiFi. But don't worry!! The staff is super nice and they came to reboot the router and I can connect to the WiFi without issues. They are very happy to help us and never show frustrated face. Thank you to all the staffs who work diligently and I really appreciate your top...

Overall the room and toilet are clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is only smelly smoking outside the room. There are a lot of shops around the hotel such as: a Chinese restaurant just located opposite the hotel, beside there is a laundry shop, and also a grocery shop, so it is very convenient. From the hotel, within 15 mins, you can reach the Imago shopping mall, a big shopping mall. May consider booking the hotel again for next...

Amazing place.😍 Awesome staff. 🥳Affordable price with 5star experience. I love just how the staff (different staff for different shift but same great service) makes we as their guests feel comfortable. They very helpful & friendly. They provide complete toiletries; towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste + toothbrushes, comb & shower cap. All their electrical appliances work well. They also provide coway water dispenser outside the room....
