Dining at Secret Recipe Putatan was such a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a cozy and clean atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal, family gathering, or even a quick coffee break.

Food & Drinks 🍰☕🍝 The menu has a great variety — from their signature cakes and pastries to Western and Asian dishes. I ordered the chicken chop and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their famous cakes — the Chocolate Indulgence and Red Velvet were both rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. Drinks were served promptly and at just the right temperature.

Service 🙌 The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive without being intrusive. They greeted us warmly, helped us choose from the menu, and made sure everything was to our liking. Service was quick even though the restaurant had quite a few customers at the time.

Cleanliness & Comfort 🧼 The dining area and tables were spotless, and the air-conditioning made it comfortable to enjoy the meal without feeling stuffy.

We start with the Cleanliness first, inside the Restaurant is good and well arrange. but outside the premisses is quite terrible especially from the back entrance I don't think SR team is to be fault. But please do something about it. Whenever people step on the back entrance people actually step on a rubbish juice floor and whenever people when in from back entrance the smell of mix rubbish went inside this nice restaurant and ruined the atmosphere. Sorry to be honest this is one of the stinkiest place in the area. Staff is helpful they do their job well with good manners even the manager is not around, food taste wise is good but most of the menu item is unavailable most of the time and leave you no option to order food. Cake option is 60% from the menu. Front entrance is clean and nice view but almost 80% customer is came from the back entrance. Top management maybe can improvise this place so that I wouldn't be...

Last night we went to Secret Recipe Putatan. It's my first time dine here. We ordered our own foods and drinks. I ordered a bowl of Noodle Prawn Chicken @RM18+/bowl and Hot Lemon tea with honey. @RM7.90/cup. I never tasted the noodles before so I wanted to try it. It didn't take time to wait for our order. At first, I didn't like the taste of the noodles soup but once I mixed it with the chilli soya sauce, it was so tasty and delicious. In my mind, next visit I will order this noodle again. The hot lemon tea with honey was sour and little bit bitter. And after dinner, I ordered a slice of New York Cheese Cake @RM13.90/per slice.
