OYO Home 90372 Greybirds Hostel — Hotel in Borneo

I only stay for 1 nite..first of all the place is very hard to find.signboard is small.its located on the 3rd floor.ive been to other Oyo brand hotel but it was better.reception is not 24 hrs..I HV to call reception for check in,they did apologize for that.the room is dusty,there is water dispenser for hot water & lukewarm for drink.there is towel in the room, I don't rcv bathroom amenities such as toothbrush - there was shampoo and other items labelled bottle inside the shower room but it's not fill up,I didn't use it cause I bring my own...need maintenance to fix the towel rail and also the toilet floor trap - something stuck and the water won't go down.. I give 3 stars because I havent seen the rooms in the first place. I booked but couldnt get to the hotel, there is no sign board outside in the street, so we couldnt see where it is, and no replies on the phone. I am sure it's a good hotel, the only thing it's not...
