the food and the soup base is great, so yummy, the service somehow so slow??? and i know its “order and eat” but TOO SLOW😌 maybe the shop should hire few waiters instead of just one. we’ve sit for 15 mins and the soup are not arrived yet and before that we had to wait for a while to get seated even though there were empty seats… and they got most of my orders not fulfilled too, with reason “changed places alot”, but we only changed once because the electric stove of the table behind is not working… rm59 per person i think expensive for this kind of slow service i got, with some of my food orders not fulfilled. mind that they also charged the soup diff prices, excluded in the per head fees (rm10++). the food is great, but please improve...

Went there at 2pm & service was slow but understandable since there were only 2-3 people at that hour but that 1 person seemed like not doing anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

The portion for the meat was so little but maybe because they want to reduce overconsumption. If you wanna serve it a little, then please improve your service. Had to press the button many times to top up the meat.

Drink choices were very limited. Only canned drinks. Even air biasa doesn't have lols.

Luckily came when it’s not crowded bcuz imagine not crowded also the service slow 😉

Food tasted good and fresh, good place to chill and the buffet was satisfying 😍 I would also like to mention and give good comments about one particular staff who served us today (around 5:30pm), she was really attentive with our orders and was always ready to serve us, she was really really nice!! 🥹🫶🏻 She looked so happy working and she’s very passionate and friendly when she’s serving customers 🥹❤️🫶🏻 thank you so much!! will definitely go back for another hotpot...
