Thai Sis Mookata & Dessert — Restaurant in Borneo

I had tried Mookata in KL, Johor, Singapore and Bangkok including the traditional Mookata for local. This is by far the worst i had tried. The standard is even worse from the worst i had tried before... Soup base taste like it's made from maggie chicken cube. The portions of the dishes(meat and seafood) are quite little and considered expensive as it is pre-packed and chilled. Glass noodle, kangkong and cabbage can be refilled free unlimitedly but it won't help much.

If the whole concept is buffet with reasonable prices, i guess this restaurant is still barely ok but they serve this standard of Mookata with package/ala carte dishes is a turn off. If you visit it and see no customer. ☝️ This is the main reason as customers are not stupid and won't go for such quality of food again and will tell their friends.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Hopefully this place can work to improve the food quality otherwise unlikely they can survive long. I haven't tried their dessert by the way as i was turned off by the...

First time I came here for some beer and finger food. Had their fried chicken wings which I found I was delicious. Second visit came here for dinner with family. Ordered their Tom Yam Fried Rice, Fried Rice with luncheon meat, Rice with Basil & Egg and Tom Yam Noodle .

Both Tom Yam Fried Rice and Fried Rice with luncheon meet are aromatic full with flavour. Highly recommended.
