Putri Kitchen Shellout And Steamboat — Restaurant in Sabah

I used to love eating at this place few years before so thats why I decide to give it a try for this place again. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the food at all. The sauce is excellent but the seafood freshness is not okay at all. I got rotten slices of corn and the crab is not fresh at all ( almost rotten). Also, why the outside corner is so smelly? ( Maybe its because of the drain was underneath the table). I almost vommit while eating but my partner ask me to repect the restaurant 😭 I did and try to finish only the rice and ask them to bungkus the rest. Came here last night to try the shellout package. It was only at 8.30pm but kerang and squids are already finished so they decided to replace more crabs in the food set. We requested to replace the squids/kerang with prawn but they refused - only crab, they said. Mantao also no longer available. Soup ordered didnt arrived, but it was listed in the bill along with nasi goreng that we didnt ordered at all (they got confused here and there somehow). I used to love this place a lot so i brought my mom & adik pegi sini last sunday (8/10/2023) Unfortunately, this restaurant not like how it used to be! The crab werent even fit for consumption anymore (it had that rotting smell) and the octopus also not fresh anymore. Luckily the prawns were okay and the sauce taste great! love it but other than that im really dissapointed this include the atmosphere itself!
