Sambal Sambal — Restaurant in Borneo

Me and my colleague ordered indomie (double) which was number 43 on the menu, so I wrote 43 on the paper. What arrived was 1 indomie (double) and 1 kids meal (single packet indomie) which I told them I did not order this (number 41 on the menu). They went back and cross-checked with my written order and said I indeed ordered this and showed me “their” copy of the receipt, and when I asked them to show me my written copy of my orders they avoided the question and asked if I wanted to add on another indomie (double). After the meal I asked them to show me my written order (which they threw away) and indeed I never wrote 41. Still ended up having to pay for that extra kids meal and not even an apology for the wrong order from their end. Not to mentioned our drinks came after 5 tables that came later than us has already...

The food is great. I wasn't expecting it to be that great & with that portion, especially the paku..... The noodle, the fried chicken, and the ayam berempah are all good, and the waiting time is short.

The staff is great, i mean the one who got our orders. The one at the cashier...meh. Pardon for my lack of knowledge of this kedai that if i want to tapau my food, i need to bring that food i wanted to tapau to the counter. I was like "uhh?🤷🏻‍♂️" but all was good, the female staff who took our order earlier immediately go and take the food to tapau.

The food is good, so i 'may' come here again...
