Subway @TT3 — Restaurant in Sarawak

We were well informed by the girl that it has passed 8:30pm and available for takeaway only. However the service by her colleague, a guy, was quite bad! When we started our ordering, which after my husband placed his order, the guy ask, itu saja? Takda lagi? (With quite ill-mannered tone). I said, yes, i would like to order, while looking at their keep changing page menu on board. His face was quite impatient. Kept calm and placed my order. With the next customer, his face changed. Last few weeks, I order sub in this branch, and a girlfriend of the cashier was sitting nearby my table & keep on chipping her finger/skin toes and throw it on the side of the table. When I made a complaint to the other cashier on this issue, he just simply smirked at me. Today, I made an order with extra salad on my sub, the cashier (girl) just simple get the last scoop of salad that is wet & bruised and definitely in a very small amount and put it on my sub. She just ignore the request and simply finishing the order like nothing had happen. It is definitely unpleasant experience for something you have to pay. It will be my last time visiting...

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your outlet. I usually order the salad, and it’s always well-prepared and satisfying. However, today’s experience was very disappointing.

The staff seemed unprofessional and did not handle my order properly. They heated the roasted chicken first, then placed a cheese slice on top and heated it again — and they didn’t even bother to cut it. The salad didn’t look fresh or properly made like usual.

I hope you will look into this matter and provide better training for the staff to maintain the quality and standards that customers expect...
