Food was alright and affordable. Yet the service was mediocre, I think they need more staff taking orders and cleaning up tables. But I know they want to cut the cost, so one manpower does 1 to 6 jobs at a time. They look exhausted and I could even hear their knees are rattling, begging for chair. Atmosphere was alright. I beg the customers who come and eat there, do NOT give the waiters hard time.

"Parking Issue" I must address the parking situation here—it's dreadful. There's no organized system in place, and it seems like the owner hasn't prioritized parking for their customers. Moreover, the open-air dining area, which also serves as a smoking area, occupies a significant amount of space. It would be more beneficial to consolidate customer space under one roof, such as on the right side, and utilize the open area for additional parking, implementing a structured system with guides like cables to assist customers in parking properly. This parking issue has persisted since the restaurant opened, with no visible effort to resolve it.

"Challenges of Outdoor Dining: Server Navigation and Efficiency" Another problem with the restaurant is that since they opened the outdoor dining area for customers, the food servers have to navigate through the customer tables to deliver orders, which is quite a distance from the kitchen server table. This setup is highly inconvenient and adds unnecessary hassle for the servers, as they have to trek outside each time to deliver food. I rarely leave reviews but this time I think I need to comment. I don't know what's going on in this restaurant because I've always loved the cuisine here. But lately, I think the quality of their food has dropped. The portion is less, the taste is less and disappointing is three times I came and asked for less spicy food, but my foods were still spicy. I bought it for my children to eat. Then I have to cook another food for my child😅. After that, the service was slow. I went around 12 o'clock, and I received a take out nearly at 1. At that time, there were less customers. I saw that the workers were doing their jobs very leisurely. All of you can see that the chicken soup that I ordered penuh serdak2, black pepper and chilies. Order for iftar tapi got scammed out of it. The food was so so. Order lain dapat lain and Ada missing order but still kena charged for it. Order siakap kecil, tapi dorang served siakap besar without inform customers dengan alasan size kecil dah habis. Without customer s' consent, dorang still serve it and then charged extra almost rm50 😤 supposed to shellout dpt sekali dengan jagung, kobis, brokoli, carrot and keropok but they just substitute all of those with barely tomato.
