When there's no manager on duty, he steps up without hesitation, running the branch with remarkable efficiency and calm leadership.

Horrible service. Waiters intentionally avoid eye contact. Waving our hands to a few waiters and yet they ignored us. Had to call out before they even acknowledged our presence. It took them such a long time to clear the table and take our order. Even after our food arrived, when we wanted to ask for a fork and spoon, they continued to ignore us. We had to walk all the way to the cashier just to ask for cutlery so we could eat. They would even serve people who came later almost immediately instead of those who have been sitting there for 5 minutes. Not sure if they're racist or they just prioritise certain kinds...

It is a reliable place I go when I want some decent food and to hangout with friends after some sports activities or if I feel like having decent nasi kandar.

Please understand that when i give 5 star it’s not because it is the best nasi kandar in Penang. But i gave it because of its affordability, decent food and it’s a comfortable place to eat at.
