It feels like the outlet never cares to check Google Review but I want to post it here anyway hoping at least one person from Pizza Hut acknowledges it. Here I list down the complaints:
0 hospitality No greeting to acknowledge guest Service crews faces were not welcoming at all If the familiar guest they would’ve known the service would send the QR code, but those who don’t know seem very lost on how to order When the service gives us the QR code, there’s no short message to scan or let them know if there’s a problem. We ordered takeaways while dining in, it took almost 1 HOUR for 1 regular pizza takeaway how ridiculous! The ambiance feels like we were eating in GRAVEYARD, with no songs, lousy services The food was tasteless (Aglio Olio and mushroom soup)
I grew up with Pizza Hut, and it is sad to see how it become worse. For a big company like Pizza Hut, this should never happen. Please acknowledge this, check the google review, and improve the services.

Read moreI usually dine in at pizza hut outlets when I crave for pizzas. I came today at around 6pm to Pizza Sg2, restaurant was empty and we were the only couple, although I saw several takeaways and food deliveries. The staff was swift to come over to our table and handed over a slip to scan for menu & orders but no smile or greeting was offered.
We ordered a Beef Pepperoni Pan Pizza, meatballs and Prawn Aglio Olio. To my surprise, the Aglio Olio came out pale without chilli flakes. Don't they know that for a classic recipe of Aglio Olio, there should be garlic, chilli flakes & Olive oil??? Thus, we requested for chilli flakes and was given 2 sachets by the trainee. Taste was acceptable with the chilli flakes.
The pizza was still good to it's standard, however we were disappointed that it was no longer served in the hot pizza pan. Hence, took away our dine-in experience.

Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at your establishment today. I ordered a pizza, but after waiting for over an hour, it still had not been served. Despite informing your staff twice and even going to the counter once to follow up, there was no sense of urgency or clear communication about the delay.
To make matters worse, when your staff finally attended to my table, they only came to check without providing any explanation or resolution. This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, but with such slow service, it felt more like a slow-food experience.
It seems like the kitchen may be understaffed, leading to these delays. Perhaps adding more staff in the kitchen or improving workflow could help prevent such long wait times in the future. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your restaurant’s efficiency and customer care.
