When I was working in Penang about 20 years ago, I often stopped by this shop with my sister to enjoy their Pi Pa duck. I recently came back from the UK and was really looking forward to eating there again—and I’m so glad I did. After more than two decades, the shop is still around, and the duck is just as delicious as ever. The skin is perfectly crispy, and the sauce is well-balanced, not too salty.
