DISAPPOINTED

Updated Since I received the reply from the boss in Google reviews about my reviews.. so I texted them just to understand more..

First text was sent out 6th December. The second lady " missed out" my text and told the boss will ill reach out next day I assume 8th December. Until Tuesday 16th December, no call no text.. it's fine... If you can't commit, don't leave msg don't comment...

I'll clear off the credits in the apps ..THE END My all time favourite cafe.. The recent visit was really disappointing!! Finally they added the nuggets into the menu but according to them different branches have different portions when they served...

2 photos uploaded which you can see the differences while price charged the same.. Permai Tanjung Bungah vs the main branch in town.

They thought Tanjung Bungah ppl are stupid?? do not mind paying more for smaller portions??

This is so call we support local end up what kind of quality food we received?

Oh ya btw, in town they served homemade ketchup while at the Permai branch they served the normal Maggie chili sauce...

It’s sad what happened to this place. We came all the way to have dinner with our 2 year old and the kitchen decided to close early at 7. The reason was “the kitchen just decided to close early”. There was flies and mosquitoes inside the showcase with the bread and scones open 🫣 the shop was dirty and not taken care of. My toddler was hungry so we got the foccacia and gingerbread that looks the safest. We used to love Yin and always got the sourdough pizza whenever we visit Penang since 2016. But from today on, I guess, we won’t be back anymore. Yin’s just not the...
