Very bad customer service. We drove about 40 minutes to get to this location because they open 24hours. When we got there the we were told to wait 20 minutes to order. It's perfectly fine with me to wait for fresh food although KFC it the my last choice. I HATE KFC MORE THAN ANY OTHER FAST FOOD. I just happen to be around friend who like KFC.
Anyway we waited 20 minutes walking around n went back to KFC they said 15 more minutes we thought maybe they were cooking fresh food.
After 40 minutes of waiting time we went back the KFC WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WERE NO SANDWICHES AVAILABLE ONLY FEW PIECES OF THIGH AVAILABLE.
The food was bad n look like it had been cooked 2 days ago. The location is huge and plates were on the table full of food and trash.

went there to taste the new golden crunch, the flavour is nice, sweet and salty kinda taste. i gave 4 star for the taste. the dark side is, the chicken is very oily, some part of the flour is not fully cooked! and fats is unacceptable. wasn't kfc told that they are converting to organic chicken ? so, there u have the answer, they still didn't change chicken supply yet. i give 2 star for food quality. tips from me, remember to ask your part of the chicken, because im seldom going to kfc i forgot to ask for my chicken part and as the result, im getting 2 large and 1 small size chicken. the cashier is nice, so im giving 4 stars for customer services. moving on to deserts, i ordered the new salted caramel. here's the thing, all of kfc puddings is the same, the only difference is the topping. i must say that salted caramel is savoury, however, it quicky makes me feel queasy. so 1 desert is for 2 person. i give 4 stars...

ordered at 5.15pm to have it deliver at 5.45pm. According to the app, the food was on "process of frying". Called their number several times & when they finally pick up, they claimed the food is already done. just no delivery person on site, no name & phone number. Fail to inform the customer about the situation. Decided to cancel the order in the end. Now gotta wait for the chargeback in the next 14 days as they claimed. Slow af service, will never order this brand...
