Sushi King AEON Melaka — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

Worst experience ever in sushi king. Bad customer service, ordered chicken katsu don through the tab, but never arrive. When asked, they told that it was on the running belt, if so, dont put it in the tab menu!!!!!

Also ordered for ebi fry but was told that it will be up on the belt soon, but guess what, until our time is up, that food never arrive on the belt, just there on the kitchen counter, what makes it worse is that some people actually got that ebi fry served directly to their table, but when we asked for it, we never got it.

Definitely don't recommend...

Strollers are not allowed. Very bad and not baby friendly at all. We need strollers to put the baby in while eating. Understandable the space is crowded but you may arrange/place a designated table just for family with strollers. Please bear in mind when bringing newborn/baby here. Also we were left waiting at the front door without any explanation when we wanted to ask for more questions. Customer service needs to be improved immediately. At last, we went to another branch in Cheng and no such issues encountered.

This outlet is definitely better than the AEON Bandaraya one. Chicken Katsu Don with Onsen Egg is sooo good please try it with sambal udang kering for double the goodness. Water which cost RM1.20 got a very little ice that it’s all already dissolves with just one sip.

The staffs are helpful it just that you can hear kelentang-kelentung noises here and there sometimes when they clear the tables which is quite loud.

Overall everything was fine. Service charge and tax...
