✨ Every foodie has that one “fallback spot.” Ours? Secret Recipe—reliable, never spectacular, but never a disaster either. A place we end up when choices run out. . Here’s how dinner went this round: . 🍜 Beef Noodle (RM20.50) Maybe nostalgia fooled us—our memory of this dish was warmer than the bowl in front of us. The broth leaned sharp and MSG-heavy, missing the depth of real umami. A little disappointing. . 🥗 Platter (RM26.90) Filling, yes. Memorable, no. At this price, it felt like something you could get anywhere else—perhaps only the Secret Recipe name keeps it afloat. . 🍹 Tropical Green Tea (RM10.80) More passionfruit than green tea, but refreshing enough to carry a tropical vibe. . 🍰 Choc Odyssey (RM14.80) Finally, the safe winner. This restaurant is part of the Secret Recipe Restaurant chain.

It is operating within the Aeon Shopping Mall at Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

The setup of the restaurant is simple and similar to other branches of the chain.

Menu is also similar.

Enjoyed their Mushroom Chicken Rice. Their cake is one of my favourite desserts too. Enjoyed their Red Velvet cake.

They serve nIce Caramel Latte too.

Food portions are reasonable.

Prices are reasonable. Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted here.

Service is fast and professional.

Cleanliness is good.

The shopping mall provides clean public washrooms.

Adequate handicapped facilities are also available. Handicapped patrons on wheelchairs can patronize this restaurant easily.

Located within Aeon Shopping Centre Melaka. So, there is no hassle of finding separate parking slots. Good place to have meals with friends and family. Reasonably good variety of dishes. The cakes are available as dessert. Must try the Walnut Brownies and Chocolate Indulgence. Can try out the Lamb Shank as well. Good hospitality and friend staff members. Food quality is good. Served aesthetically. The atmosphere is generally good but can become noisy during peak hours. Payments can be made by cash, card, and QR mode. They might have specific alliances with some corporate groups and...
