The positives: The place is nice. Food is good and arrived quickly. Staff were nice but maybe undertrained / understaffed.

The negatives: The QR code used for taking orders is not as efficient as it may seem. Had issues with the order and the order was not able to go through and the staff had to key in manually. 1 of the staff claimed it was an issue with the app and another said it was a stock issue. Might’ve just been faster to have someone take my order. I also disliked the fact that because of these issues, the staff took my phone away out of my sight twice, without permission. The space was nice but not great for large parties with huge orders. They should use a round table or turntable to save space or could add a small cart for drinks next to the table. They should also take note when we ask for desserts later, again because the desserts take up space. The staff seemed understaffed or slightly undertrained. When we arrived, asked us to wait outside (with the signages). But the staff wasn’t even paying attention to those at the door. When we had issues with the QR code, they were busy carrying orders and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. Again, they took my phone away, without explaining why, twice.

I recently dined at the Chinese Muslim restaurant in Taman Seribu Bunga, Melaka, and I must say, the taste of the food was absolutely delicious. The combination of Chinese and Muslim flavors created a unique and delightful culinary experience.

Bad service today the 13th of october 2023 1.00pm. Aircond wasnt fully operational, tables were dirty and had a distict smell so we requested from dine in to take away a few seconds after ordering on apps (before the waitress confirmed our order and before anything was served.not even the cutlery.)

When everything was readily packed, i went to the cashier counter to pay and was surprised to see that i was still charged the so called “service charge” for nothing . Tried asking from the girl at the cashier counter to remove from our receipt but my request was declined .Alasan sistem tak boleh tukar is too cliche and unreasonable btw. No negotiation at all?? I will not halalkan the amount paid for service. DINE IN stated in the receipt but in reality, it was a TAKE AWAY FROM THE BEGINNING!! Such a shame being a muslim-friendly restaurant. Also would not recommend for any kind of function. Hot and uncomfortable! Cost-saving at its worst.
