Wifi Slow WiFi Order Made by scanning QR code, have some problem of reconnecting with the order system since the wifi is slow. Beverage Delicious and tasty, but the cup is so small and kind of not worth it with the price. Food Fish and chip = The chip(fries) is super crispy and yummy. = Fish used is the frozen one that you can get in the supermarket. I had no problem using that kind of fish, but mine was oily and soggy. Plus, the size is so small. Shinjuku Caramel Bake = The buttered soft cake is perfect, crispy and soft. = Got 2 scoop of ice-cream = Too little caramel drizzle and macadamia nuts. Service Friendly staff but the cashier is moody for what Ask the waiter to send my Shinjuku caramel bake after i finished my first meal since it got ice-cream in it, but they send it even before my fish and chip was sent. Parking Hard to get parking, but it would be easier to park at Mydin across the street.

Overall : I used to eat at Secret Recipe, but I think this branch is below the par. But I hope they can...

I do love your branch at ayer keroh actually, but not on the day i visit recently (17/06/2020). As you assign new trainee on the front, please had someone to supervise how their tone, expression towards customers. Since now is in pkpp phase and your branch still cannot dine in it, please provide a space for waiting order. Overall, i love your cakes. Instead of having trainee keep back and forth from front to inside cafe, how about you ask thru telephone, message or even talkie walkie. It seem disorganized when they keep walk in and out just to ask about menu and what kind of cakes served on that day. Just my...
