A novelty experience without the need to travel to Taiwan, but that's the best you get of this eatery. The alpaca/llama were actively pacing up and down the cafe, and you'll definitely get your chance at feeding! They don't spit too.

Food was below average at best. The salmon was overdone. This was my first time consuming a crusty meat pan-seared salmon. It came like that for both dishes, so it's definitely not a one-time off. Also, skip the curly fries. It was soggily soaked in oil and the aftertaste was disgusting, especially for the ones halfway through the bowl. This could simply be a result of serving it in a bowl rather than a plate. Pizza was decent.

Give credit where credit is due. The coffee was above average.

Lastly, horrendous queue management and this is the reason I will not recommend for anyone to come. There was no staff managing the queues outside and it got snaky long. This resulted in two queues; one to the left of the entrance, and one to the right. The ones queueing on the wrong side arrived first and was eventually told to queue on the correct side by a staff (who eventually emerged from within the cafe), but the lady staff had absolutely no idea which groups came first! It was simply chaotic. There wasn't even a sign outside to point a direction for the queue. The lady rendered zero help and just smiled at everyone, denying any sort of intervention. This resulted in many groups taking the opportunity to cut queues, which as you can expect, pissed multiple groups off. Again, the lady simply washed her hands off and went back in. She was the absolute worst experience...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming café featuring two adorable alpacas named Coco and Melon, and I must say, it was an experience to remember!

First and foremost, the food was delightful. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, all of which were reasonably priced without compromising on quality. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—a perfect match for the café's welcoming atmosphere.

The café's décor and design were equally impressive. With a cozy yet modern aesthetic, the space was thoughtfully laid out to create a relaxing and inviting environment. From the warm lighting to the tasteful furnishings, every detail added to the unique charm of the café. The presence of Coco and Melon made it even more special, as these gentle alpacas provided an adorable and calming touch to the overall ambiance.

Last but not least, the staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest's visit a memorable one. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our time there.

Our experience at As Cloud Cafe was nothing short of disastrous. 😡😡😡😡😡Despite the charming alpacas roaming freely around the premises, which was admittedly unique, the overall hygiene standards left much to be desired. We visited on a Saturday around 11am and were enthralled by the novelty of alpacas mingling with customers without any barriers.

However, we took great care to finish our lunch before attempting to interact with the animals, concerned about hygiene. Shockingly, the next morning between 1-3am, all three of us were struck with severe stomachaches, vomiting, 🤮🤮🤮🤮diarrhea, and even headaches. It's now Monday, and the symptoms persist, particularly the debilitating diarrhea.🤮🤮🤮🤮

This experience has not only ruined our weekend but has also jeopardized our health. It's appalling that a place which markets itself as a cafe fails so drastically in ensuring food safety and cleanliness. We can only speculate that the food served might have been contaminated, leading to this unfortunate situation.

We strongly advise against visiting As Cloud Cafe, especially with children or vulnerable family members. The risk of food poisoning is evidently high, and the consequences are severe.
