La Pasta — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Extremely disappointed with my experience overall here. Everything is so mediocre. Had problems literally in all items I've ordered.

1. How can you mess up a plain iced water? When the water first got served, the cup smelled so foul and bad! It smelled like dirty socks(I am not kidding) which I assume it's from the rag they used to polish the cup. Smelling that was such a turn off for my appetite!
2. Lemonade. I understand if lemonade could be tasteless sometimes but this is complete opposite!! It was SO SOUR! I am not exaggerating at all. It taste like pure lemon concentrate. I told the staff about it and she even said it was supposed to taste this way :)) she offered to add sugar syrup and I agreed but at the end the whole drink was just undrinkable and I left it untouched.
3. The pizza was alright. But it is quite poorly made. Tomato puree wasn't quite enough and overall Pizza was just very meh.

Conclusion is I've had high hopes for La Pasta as I've seen good reviews of it. But this is fully pure disappointment. I will never ever go back for a second time anymore. Price isn't cheap at all and all the food and beverages are disappointing. No more second time. I do not recommend this...

Qr ordering system is down so I got someone to get my order down. After got my order wrong and I tried to get back to her. She tried to push all the responsibility away from her, blame it on the customer for not checking the menu code written in her own notepad (something like 8081 and expect the customer to know what foods and beverage is this) and refuse to admit her own mistake. Flies are everywhere so can't really have a good time to enjoy my dinner. An excellent place if you are craving for Western meals. The Alfredo is superb, though I would have liked it if there were a few more vegetables than diced tomatoes. The chicken chop, fish and chips are great too. Mushroom soup was not amazing since we expected at least a slice of bread, but pumpkin soup is great.

For drinks, I would say stick to the ones where they cannot go wrong like watermelon juice and ice milo, drinks like mocha and other coffee would be disappointing if you did order it.

Also, if you are coming during lunch or dinner, do reserve beforehand as it can get busy. The price is acceptable for what it offers, but can get expensive if you...
