To start, you need to choose between beans available(subjected to availability of choice) and then u can start with what u want. Service: Staff are friendly and thorough with their instructions, just need to follow thru. They will then prep your drinks as per the order.. Atmosphere: Small but legit more than enough. Would be best to have a long bar table counter(without seats) as well. On top of the chairs and tables. Reason is that there may be ppl hoging d seats. This would be sufficient for those who wanted to have a 15min chill time for coffee while waiting for their partners to shop...etc. instead of hogging the seats🤣 Nonetheless, with coffee available, its all good.. we are just happy brewed coffee is readily available here.😁

It’s my first time try their coffee and it is surprisingly good. They got two types of coffee to choose, Indonesia and Colombia, for me, both are good. For my opinion, if you want to taste coffee sweetness, try Indonesia bean. If you want to taste coffee bitterness, try Colombia bean. Staffs are friendly and service is fast. I tried Monday Blue and Pecan Praline latte, it’s good.

The drink was excellent, but the service from your staff was disappointing. I ordered a buttercream latte for takeaway and requested a plastic bag. However, the staff member handed me the bag without assisting in placing the drink inside, even though I was carrying another bag in one hand. She simply handed me the paper bag and left me to manage on my own. To make matters worse, she immediately went back to the cashier area and started using her phone.

This happened on 9/12/2024, between 9:00 PM and 9:07 PM. Kindly check your CCTV to review the staff's...

Served by a barista name Najia. What a friendly and amazing person she is! Very cheerful & she seems like loving her job so much. I was devastated before because I’ve been to many branches of Gigi Coffee but they can’t fulfill my request of not putting any Espresso Shots into my Buttercreme Latte, but eventho she was scared at 1st, but then I told her I can’t drink coffee even I was craving for one. She tried very hard to make my drink as delicious as possible. And surprisingly the drink tastes amazing. Gonna come back whenever I can! Thank...
