I recently visited Pizza Hut located in Tamman University Aeon Mall, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the overall dining experience was decent, there were a few areas that left me disappointed.
Let's start with the positive aspect. The din in pizza delivery at Pizza Hut Tamman University Aeon Mall was truly impressive. The staff was efficient and seemed well-trained in handling orders. The pizzas arrived piping hot and were delivered in a timely manner. The delivery process was smooth, and I appreciated the professionalism of the delivery personnel.
However, when it comes to the dining area, I have to express my disappointment. The sofas at this particular Pizza Hut were not clean, and I noticed several visible stains on them. It was quite off-putting to sit on a sofa that was visibly dirty. The lack of cleanliness in such a prominent area of the restaurant left a negative impression on me.
Although cleanliness issues can occur occasionally, it is crucial for a restaurant to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, especially in the dining area where customers spend their time. I hope that Pizza Hut Tamman University Aeon Mall takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness concerns promptly.
Despite the cleanliness issue, I would still recommend Pizza Hut for their din in pizza delivery service. The pizzas were delicious, and the delivery process was impressive. However, it would be great if the management could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. To start, the garlic bread had a sour tasting spread, which was already a red flag. We were served a lemonade fizzy drink without any lemon in it and not a word from the staff to inform us that they had run out. That’s unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes for just two pizzas. What made it more frustrating was that we were the only walk-in customers at the time. There were no crowds, yet no staff bothered to update us or even offer an apology for the long wait. When we finally asked, a staff member replied, You ordered two pizzas, please wait. Online orders are a lot. So apparently, walk-in customers are now a low priority. The service was extremely poor. One staff member a Malay girl, short and wearing spectacles was especially unprofessional. She placed the plate on our table with a loud bang, showing no manners or courtesy. We also ordered a Cheezy Salami Olio Spaghetti, which was served without any cheese. We called the same staff member to check, and she came back with the cheese but no apology at all for the oversight. This kind of attitude and service is unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on the outlet's management. If this is how customers are treated, I highly recommend avoiding this place. The manager should seriously look into staff training and service standards. Never coming back. Absolutely not...
Read moreArrived at 8.45pm. The girl cashier said can we just take away rather than Dine in cause they will closed order 9.20pm. I thought there is no more restrictions to closed early. And I consider still early cause I arrive before 9pm. After we ordered there were only CASH ONLY! Its pizza hut and no cashless method??? Then when we pay there, it had 10 sen balance. She take the coins tray and show us there is no coin. Can she just “SAY SORRY” rather than take out the coin tray of the counter and show us. So rude. She also key in wrong on my order. I want spaghetti bolognaise but she key in meatball😤 after we complain on another staff, they said still can dine before 9 but actually they full ordered, So might be late.
