I visited the Zus Coffee outlet at Gelang Patah on 24/5 at around 3:50 PM. To my surprise, I was informed that they didn’t have coffee available at the time. It felt quite strange ,a coffee shop without coffee. I was told that only 6 menu items were available, which seemed very limited and unusual.
Additionally, I was asked to wait 10 minutes as there had just been a handover. While I understand operational challenges can happen, it felt like the responsibility was being pushed onto the customer, which is disappointing.
When I returned after 10 minutes to place my order, I noticed the staff were not very friendly the tone felt cold, almost like they were annoyed. I politely asked one of them for the name of the person who took my order, but she responded that she was new and didn’t know her colleague’s name. This raised further concerns , how can someone work in the same place without knowing their team members?
This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service at Zus, and it was quite disheartening. I hope the team, especially at the Gelang Patah outlet, can be briefed properly on customer service and how to handle guests with care and...
Read moreFirst ever Zus outlet that i visit that makes me want to write bad reviews, was on the evening wanna to try their new limited offer the capybara thingy, Got 4 staff (1 probably on break or ending her shift) while the other 3 don't bother to greet, turn to us or come to the counter to take our order. I left my wife there to ordered drinks since their are busy while myself walk to other shop to buy something else , back to the oultet 3 girls still doing drink and didn't bother to take any order from the long queue. I decide to leave since long queue 😩 and was disappointed at this outlet been few outlet in Johor when they see a customer ath the cashier counter one of the staff will sure greet and straight away take an order or you know they will give me a second sir let us finish ther ordered first (3 girls never said that just the customer)
My advice : Please teach them a proper way to work in this industry, such as basic serivce, customer service or front of the house basic

I received a BURNT croissant 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡during my visit. It was disappointing to be served a product that was clearly overcooked. I regret not reporting this issue to the staff at that moment, as I was engrossed in conversation with a friend.
The conduct of the staff was notably unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. It felt as if they were attempting to flirt with us, which is entirely inappropriate. I urge you to address this matter promptly, as such behavior is not acceptable in a customer service environment.
