Nusa Perdana Homestay — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

First of all, this place is good...The foods is good (Outside from building area) , inside food not good, summore inexpensive, the management sucks, slow taking actions on problems, everything they want only money, money and money (if you make mistakes like lost tokens, no stickers or whatever from their rules, they not care about tenants at all, TELCO SIGNAL SUCKS, especially CELCOM...i repeattt...C.E.L.C.O.M, LIFT ALWAYS BREAKDOWN ALMOST EVERY MONTH, even wait to settle almost takes more than a week, TOTALLY ABSURD, if you rent here, make sure GET THE RIGHT OWNER & NOT AN AGENT, BECAUSE AGENT SUCKS, THEY SIMPLY SCAM YOUR MONEY TO PUT IN THEIR POCKETS WHICH IS THEY STATED THERE "PROCESSING FEE/AGENT COMMISSION/CONSULTANT FEE/PROFESSIONAL FEE WHICH ESTIMATE MORE THAN RM500+", what i state here and what they do it is NOT LEGAL, better find direct owner than giving agents taking advantage from people which travel to find better place to stay, end up gets scam from these kind of agencies (property agencies), all tenants can refer to LPPEH GOV MY website for more details about this. And i am telling this all because i had very bad experience within stay in this apartment, worse agent, worse landlords, also worse service by the management. I won't came back here to...

Good place to stay, logistic location, road or highway connect to cities, legoland, famous Puteri Harbour, hotels, hospitals, university, schools & etc. This service apartment are well maintained, swimming pool, gym, basketball & badminton open court, child playground and 24/7...

unhygienic behaviour displayed by some residents, pee in elevator, throwing rubbish everywhere & vandalism, these are commonly seen almost everyday, its not a good place to live! cant wait to move out from here! very soon! i rate...
