The food quality was ok, above average for me. But their system went wrong, we arrived and was told that we need to queue at the other side and gave us a piece of paper to write down we need to order. Our number has been called and arranged us the seat, so we waited patiently for our food arrival. While we waiting, I saw a big round table customer left, and the next customer ran rapidly to chop the table even through the table was not cleaned. They (also 3 of them) were so happy to get the big table and the staff also allowed them to sit there and clean the table for them immediately. I wondered why they don’t need to queue and enjoyed the special treatment? Dramatically, we had been waiting for our food for quite some time, so we asked the staff and we were told that they never key in our order into the system, and we need to order our food again, the staff did come over and apologised to us and promised us to serve the food sooner as possible. While the next table customers already started enjoying their food. So we placed order again, and the food (fried items) was arrived in a short while, however, our steamed food (Siew Mai and Ha Gao) took us another 35 mins to wait. While other table customers already finished and left. The restaurant owner came over and asked us politely how was the food, we were smiling back and told him the food was great, but apparently I was not happy. Maybe it’s my problem that I was having a very bad luck, but this experience made me feeling like don’t want to go...

We were given a queue number, the menu and order form to fill in our order while waiting, it took only about 15mins wait. The restaurant was clean, tables are pretty close to each other. Tim sum varieties are plenty but pricey, the food tasted ok nothing impressive. The carrot cake slices tasted quite dry and starchy, goh hiang tasted hard and oily, ha gao was good, xiao long bao was so so only. We ordered Oolong Chinese tea and it was fragrant. They serve a pot of hot water for sanitizing the cutleries, and also hot water pot for the tea cups. Service was fast. When I made payment at the cashier, they asked how was the food and the beverage, so they care about customer feedback for...
Read moreHad a good meal at this spot! The signature wonton noodle was quite good—noodles had a nice springy texture, char siew was tasty, and the wontons were well done. The surprise addition of fish balls felt a bit mismatched, though. The soup was only lukewarm, which was a bummer, and the bottled chili wasn’t my vibe—fresh home made chili would’ve been better.
Tried one dim sum dish, and it was excellent! My friend isn’t into dim sum, but I’m looking forward to exploring more of it next time. Worth a visit for noodle and dim sum fans!
